HOW DOES IT WORK?
All prices in this webshop is in Swedish krona (SEK) and included Swedish VAT (25%). If you want to see the exchange rate we recommend you to visit Google Converter.

If you order from a NON-EU country you don't have to pay the Swedish VAT.  When you come to the check out and choose your country, the system will automatically adjuste the final amount. Note that you may need to pay VAT when you import to your country, and it is up to you to know your national rules.

PAYMENT
All orders to be paid by VISA or Master Card. We cooperate with Auriga epayment to secure your transfer and card information. When you place an order the total amount will be reserved on your account. When we ship your order we charge your card for the final amount. We are never able to raise the amount that you have accepted, only reduce in case an item to be out of stock.

DELIVERY
We handle all orders in priority. We usually handle your order in 1-3 business days.

MINIMUM ORDER
We have an minimum order for 100 SEK (≈ $17 or €11).

Europe: 48 SEK 
Europe (non-EU): 48 SEK (excl. VAT)
Outside Europe: 70 SEK (excl. VAT)

RETURNS
Due to Swedish law you have the right to return your order, or parts of, within 14 days from you recieve your order. Note! All items that you return need to be unused. We don not compensait for the freight cost when you return an item.

COMPLAINS
We appreciate if you contact us if you are dissatisfied with a ”October stamp”. If there is a manufactoring defect we will compensate you. But please, contact us before you send an item back.
